Adams Lutheran Church Mission Harvest Festival | Sunday, October 15th during 9:00 Service

Bob Lindmeier, chief meteorologist at WKOW-TV in Madison, will be taking part in the worship service. Lindmeier has been presenting weather at WKOW-TV for the past 37 years. He has many years of experience as an atmospheric scientist who has closely followed the issue of climate change. He holds a bachelor of science degree in meteorology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the American Meteorological Society and has the AMS Television Seal of Approval. He also belongs to the ELCA South-Central Synod of Wisconsin’s Care for God’s Creation team and is on the synod’s speakers bureau. Additionally, he is a member of Citizens’ Climate Lobby, which advocates for a Carbon Fee and Dividend climate solution. Our Mission Festival will include special music and worship service with communion. A potluck brunch will follow the festival. All are welcome!
